HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF

JULY 6, 1998

The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City,of
Santa Ana was called to order at 8:43 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Brett Franklin, Tom
Lutz., patricia McGuigan, and Ted R Moreno. Authority Member Robert L.
Richardson was absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream,
City Attorney Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council Janice C.
Guy.
