OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
September 27, 1977
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by the
Assistant Clerk of the Council in the absence of the Mayor
and Vice Mayor. There was no response to the roll call of
the Council, and the Assistant Clerk declared the meeting
adjourned for lack of a quorum. A notice to that effect was
posted on the door of the Council Chambers.
