EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE FOR AMERICAN HOSPITAL SUPPLY
CORPORATION IN NORTH HARBOR BOULEVARD REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA
Recommendation: Authorize the acceptance of American
Hosp1tal Supply Corporation's offer to negotiate
exclusively for a period of six months dated October
7, 1982.
Commission Recommendation: Recomemnd that the
Redevelopment Agency grant American Hospital Supply
Corporation a six month exclusive right to negotiate
for the development of the southwest portion of
willowick Golf Course and Campesino Park.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED: That Gordon Bricken, Chairman of
the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana,
California, has called a Special Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency to be held in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic
Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, at the hour of 5:30 P.M., on
Tuesday, November 2, 1982.
The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
