PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT RESOLUTION DIRECTING CONDEMNATION
OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE A-I (BIRCHPARK ASSOCIATES) DEVELOPMENT
SITE (112 AND 112 1/2 N. FLOWER STREET)
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 83-19: A RESOLUTION
OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CONDEMNATION
OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR REDEVELOPMENT PURPOSES
IN THE BIRCHPARK ASSOCIATES DEVELOPMENT SITE IN THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND DECLARING
THE PUBLIC NECESSITY THEREFOR.
Commission Recommendation:
Not applicable.

AGREEMENT WITH PROPERTY CORRESPONDENTS FOR DEVELOPMENT
MANAGEMENT/LEASING SERVICES, SANTA ANA TRANSPORTATION
CENTER/SANTIAGO STREET AND SANTA ANA BOULEVARD
Recommendation: Approve an agreement with property
Correspondents for leasing services in connection
with the Santa Ana Transportation Center for a cost
not to exceed $30,000 plus brokerage commissions due
them.
Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Agency
approve an agreement with Property Correspondents
for leasing services in connection with the Santa
Ana Transportation Center for a cost not to exceed
$30,000 plus any brokerage commissions due them.

Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City
