OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
November 29, 1977
The meeting convened at 5:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers,
22 Civic Center Plaza, and was called to order by Mayor Vernon
S. Evans. The following Council members were present: David
F. Ortiz, Harry K. Yamamoto, John Garthe, David L. Brandt,
James E. Ward, and Mayor Evans. Councilman Bricken arrived at
5:10 P.M. Also present were Staff members City Manager Bruce
C. Spragg, City Attorney Keith L. Gow, Assistant City Manager
Ronald Wolford, and Clerk of the Council Florence I. Malone.
INVOCATION
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Following the Pledge of
Allegiance to the Flag,
the Invocation was given
by Councilman Garthe.
RECESS At 5:02 P.M. Mayor Evans
HOUSING AUTHORITY & Recessed the meeting for
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY a meeting of the Housing
Authority; at 5:03 P.M.
the Council meeting was reconvened and immediately recessed
for a meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency. Council
again reconvened at 6:15 P.M.
ADJOURNMENT
Brandt, seconded by Councilman Ward.
At 6:17 P.M. the meeting
was adjourned on the
unanimously approved 7:0
motion of Councilman
