Al!encv Action: Grant a nine-month extension of the Exclusive Right to
Negotiate on the IC-l site to Hutton Development Company, Inc.
Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency
grant a nine-month extension of the Exclusive Right to Negotiate on
the IC-l site to Hutton Development Company, Inc., by a vote of 5:0
(Rosenow and Mack absent).

REQUEST FOR A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE BRISTOL CORRIDOR
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
AIlencv Action:
Adopt a resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. 88-18 - A resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana consenting to joint public hearing on the proposed
Redevelopment Plan on the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project.
Commission Recommendation: The Redevelopment Commission will consider
adoption of a similar resolution at its meeting of December 20, 1988.

STATUS REPORT

ANNUAL REPORT FOR IT 1987-88
Aeency Action:
Approve the Annual Report for IT 1987-88 consisting of:
1.
The Annual Audit Report as prepared by Deloitte, Haskins and Sells,
2.
The Annual Report of Financial Transactions, and
3.
Schedule HCD describing the Agency's activities affecting housing
and displacement.
Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the Redevelopment Agency
approve the Annual Report for IT 1987-88 consisting of the Annual
Audit Report as prepared by Deloitte, Haskins and Sells; the Annual
Report of Financial Transactions; and Schedule HCD describing the
Agency's activities affecting housing and displacement by a vote of
6:0 (Mills absent).
