Agency Action: Approve the Minutes of the Special Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency held July 18, 1988 and the Minutes of
the Joint Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency/City
Council held July 19,1988.

PUBLIC HEARING
A.
JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY - ASSESSOR.
PARCEL NO. 005-142-21
Agency Action:
Adopt a resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. 88-13 - a resolution of the Community Redevelopment
Agency approving a Lease Agreement with Robert C. Politiski and
Noreen S. Politiski for the real property on North Parton Street
(Assessor Parcel No. 005-142-21).
City Council Action: Adopt a resolution of the City Council making
certain findings with respect to the consideration to be received by
the Community Redevelopment Agency pursuant to an agreement between
the Agency and Robert C. Politi ski and Noreen S. Politiski.
Redevelopment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Redevelopment Agency direct the City Attorney to prepare and
authorize the Chairman to execute a Lease Agreement with
Robert C. Politiski and Noreen S. Politiski for the real property on
North Parton Street (Assessor Parcel No. 005-142-21), by a vote of
5:0 (Commissioners Mack and Rosenow absent).

JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH ADRIEN L. AND BARBARA G. HOUGHTON - 817 NORTH LACY
Agency Action:
1.
Adopt a resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. 88-15 - a resolution approving an agreement
between the Agency and Adrien L. and Barbara G. Houghton.
2.
Approve the project budget and authorize its implementation by
the Community Redevelopment Commission.
City Council Action: Adopt a resolution of the City Council making
certain findings with respect to the consideration to be received by
the Community Redevelopment Agency pursuant to an agreement between
the Agency and Adrien L. and Barbara G. Houghton.
Redevelopment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Community Redevelopment Agency adopt a resolution approving an
agreement between the Agency and Adrien L. and Barbara G. Houghton,
by a vote of 4:0 (Rosenow, Adler, Alleman absent).
Housing Advisory Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Community Redevelopment Agency approve the terms and conditions for
the sale and rehabilitation of 817 North Lacy with Adrien L. and
Barbara G. Houghton and instruct staff to prepare a Disposition and
Development Agreement, by a vote of 6:0 (Thomsen, Lawson, Pace
absent) .

NORTH HARBOR PROJECT AREA SPECIFIC PLAN REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Agency Action: Authorize staff to prepare and distribute Requests
for Qualifications for preparation of a specific plan for the North
Harbor Boulevard Project Area.
Redevelopment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Redevelopment Agency authorize staff to prepare and distribute
Requests for Qualifications for preparation of a specific plan for
the North Harbor Boulevard Project Area, by a vote of 4:0 (Adler,
Alleman and Rosenow absent).

Recommendation: Instruct the Agency Secretary to enter into the
Minutes: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2. the Agenda
for the July 18. 1988 Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency
was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center
Plaza. at 11 a.m. on July 13. 1988.
