AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH POD-SASAKI, INC., FOR NORTH HARBOR
SPECIFIC PLAN CONSULTING SERVICES
Redevelooment A"encv Action: Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare,
and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an
amendment to the existing agreement between the Community
Redevelopment Agency and POD-Sasaki, Inc., for additional services
associated with the preparation of a Specific Plan for the North
Harbor area, increasing the amount of the contract by $15,460, from
$123,000 to $138,460.
Redevelooment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and
authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an
amendment to the existing agreement between the Community
Redevelopment Agency and POD-Sasaki, Inc., for additional services
associated with the preparation of a Specific Plan for the North
Harbor area, increasing the amount of the contract by $15,460, from
$123,000 to $138,460, by a vote of 7:0.

SOILS AND MATERIAL TESTING AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE BOWERS
MUSEUM EXPANSION
Redeve10oment A2encv Action: Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare,
and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, an
agreement with United Inspection & Testing Company for soils and
material testing and inspection services for the Bowers Museum
expansion in an amount not to exceed $60,150.00.
Redeve10oment Commission Recommendation: Recommend that the
Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and
authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, an
agreement with United Inspection & Testing Company for soils and
material testing and inspection services for the Bowers Museum
expansion in an amount not to exceed $60,150.00, by a vote of 4:0
(Esparza, Raya and Rosenow absent).

BID SOLICITATION FOR STEAM CLEANING OF DOWNTOWN SIDEWALKS
Redeve10oment A2encv Action: Authorize the Purchasing Manager to
advertise for bids for steam cleaning of brick sidewalks, brick
crosswalks, and concrete curbing over an 87,000-square foot area in
Downtown Santa Ana, with service provided eight times over the first
year, and a possible one-year extension upon mutual agreement.

Redevelopment Agency authorize the Purchasing Manager to advertise
