Guy, Clerk of the Council: Speakers: I(F/O) 2 (F/O) 3 (F/O) The public hearing closes: Redevelooment Aeencv Action' ~ Adopt two resolutions: 1) Reao1ution 94-1 - A resolution of the Collll1lU1lity Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana determining that the construction of a recreation center in Roaita Park is of benefit to the Santa Ana North Harbor Boulevard Redevelopment Project Area, that no other reaaonab1e means of financing construction of said recreation center ia available to the City and that the use of Agency funds for construction of said recreation center will asaist in the elimination of one or more blighting conditions; and authorizing the Collll1lU1lity Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana to pay a portion of the cost of construction of aaid recreation center. IEllEVELOPIIEIT AGEIICY AGEIIIA -2- .ME 211, 1M . . . 2) Resolution 94-2 - A resolution of the Co11ØUIlity Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana determining that the funding of the acquisition and rehabilitation of the Southern Counties Gas Company property and the Grand Central property, located in the City of Santa Ana Redevelopment Project, are of benefit to the Santa Ana South Main Street Redevelopment Project, that no other reasonable means of financing acquisition and rehabilitation of such properties is available to the City of Santa Ana, and that the use of funds from the South Main Street Redevelopment project for the acquisition and rehabilitation of such properties will assist in the elimination of one or more blighting conditions in the Santa Ana South Main Street Redevelopment Project.
