RESOLUTION NO, 86-57
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DELEGATING
AUTHORITY TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OR THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY CONTRACTS NOT EXCEEDING $10,000
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Executive Director of the
Community Redevelopment Agency or the City Manager of the City
of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to bind the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana on contracts in
writing for the payment of charges for materials, supplies,
labor, equipment or other valuable consideration furnished to
the said Community Redevelopment Agency in amounts not
exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000,00) in anyone contract,
