RESOLUTION NO. 86- 52
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA EXEMPTING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 302 AND 304
NORTH FRENCH STREET AND AT 309 EAST THIRD
STREET FROM EMINENT DOMAIN
WHEREAS, the owners of those parcels of real property
generally located at 302 and 304 North French Street and 309
East Third Street and more specifically described hereinbelow
entered into an agreement with the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana to rehabilitate and renovate said real
property; and
WHEREAS, said work of rehabilitation and renovation
has been completed in accordance with said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. Pursuant to the aforesaid agreement and to section
33399(g) of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California,
that certain property specifically described in Exhibit A,
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby
exempted from eminent domain under the Santa Ana Redevelopment
Plan.
2. The Executive Director is authorized and directed to
cause this resolution to be recorded forthwith in the official
records of Orange County.
