86-35
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85-55
WHEREAS, the Agency has previously authorized and sold its $13,650,000
Santa Ana South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview Street Redevelopment Project Tax
Allocation Bonds, 1985 Serïes"C;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the resolution authorizing the issuance
of such Bonds for the purpose of further clarifying the terms of the
Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF SANTA ANA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 16 is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph
to the end of the Section:
"All earnings derived from the Investment of the moneys in the Escrow
Fund shall be transferred upon receipt to the Special Fund for application
in accordance with the provisions of Section 15."
