OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
September 26, 1978
The meeting was called to order at S:00 P.M. in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by the
Acting Clerk of the Council, Patricia E. Rice, in the absence
of the Mayor and Vice Mayor. There was no response to the
roll call of the Council, and the Acting Clerk declared the
meeting adjourned for lack of a quorum.
