RESOLUTION NO, 87-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RECEIVING THE PROPOSED
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING
TRANSMITTAL OF THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO AFFECTED
TAXING AGENCIES, THE FISCAL REVIEW COMMITTEE,
THE PLANNING COMMISSION, AND TO THE PROJECT AREA
COMMITTEE,
WHEREAS, the Santa Ana Community Redevelopment Commission prepared a
Redevelopment Project Area; and
WHEREAS, any affected taxing commission may call for the creation of
a fiscal review committee with respect to the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment
Project, pursuant to Section 33353 of the California Community Redevelopment
Law (Section 33000 et seq" Health and Safety Code); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33353,4 of the California Community
Redevelopment Law, if a fiscal review committee is created the Agency shall
send the proposed Redevelopment Plan to the representative of Orange County to
said fiscal review committee; and
WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment Law provides in
Section 33356 that prior to a joint public hearing on the proposed
Redevelopment Plan, the Commission shall submit the proposed Redevelopment
Plan to the Planning Commission for its report and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment Law provides in
Section 33385.5 that the pro¡iosed Redevelopment Plan shall be submitted to the
Project Area Committee befor~ it is submitted to the City Council, and the
Committee may, if it chooses, prepare a report and recommendation on the
proposed Redevelopment Plan.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Commission of the Cityof Santa Ana as follows:
Section 1 The proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Bristol Corridor
Redevelopment Project is hereby received in the form attached hereto as
Attachment A.
Section 2 In the event a fiscal review committee is created, the
Executive Director of the Santa Ana Community Redevelopment Commission is
hereby authorized and directed to transmit the proposed Redevelopment Plan for
the Project to the Orange County representative to the fiscal review committee
created with respect to the Project,

Section 3 The proposed Redevelopment Plan is referred to the
Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana for report and recommendation,
and to the Project Area Committee of the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment
Project for report and recommendation, should it choose to prepare one,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20tlaay of October
