BRISIOL a>RRIOOR REDEVElDmENT POOJECI'
WHEREAS, by Resolution No, 87-8, adcpt:ed on August 10, 1987, the
Planni.rJ;J Calmission of the City of Santa Ana selected ani designated the
lxundaries of the project area for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopnent
Project, a¡;prcved the Preliminary Plan for the project, ani directed that
the Preliminary Plan be subnitted to the Redevelopnent kJerr:::y; ani
WHEREAS, the California Cœm..uú.ty Redevelopnent law (Health ani
Safety Code, Section 33000 et, seq.) provides that if a OCJIIIIJIÚ.ty
redeve1q:ment ocmnission is created in the city, its functions shall
include preparin;J redevelq:ment plans for project areas, holdin;¡' ani
c:xn:iuctirq hearin;Js thereon, ani adoptiIg ani subnittin;J such plans,
together with a report, to the city COlU'ICil; ani
WHERFAS, by Resolution No. 87-16, adcpt:ed on August 18, 1987, the
Redevelq:ment Jqerq subnitted the Preliminary Plan to the Redevelopnent
Calmission for preparation of an official redevelopnent plan for the
prqx¡sed project.
NCM, 'l1iEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Santa Ana Canmunity
Redevelq:ment Calmission as follows:

Project, as fO1:11lÙated ani awroved,by the PIannin;J Calmission of the
City of santa Ana, ani as received and su1:mitted by the Cœm..uú.ty
Redeve1q:ment kJerr:::y, is hereby received by the Calmission, and the
O:IIInission hereby directs that an official Redevelopnent Plan for the
prqx¡sed project be prepared,
