RESOLUTION NO. 87-07
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
AN AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT WITH FIESTA MARKET-
PLACE PARTNERS.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana entered into a "Disposition and Development
Agreement," dated August 20,1985, with Fiesta Marketplace
Partners, which provides for the sale and redevelopment of
certain parcels in the "A-8" development site¡ and
WHEREAS, the Agency and Fiesta Marketplace Partners
now desire to amend said agreement to specify the purchase price
'of 'Participation Parcels P-2 and P-7, and in certain other
particulars¡
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Re-
development Agency of the City of Santa Ana that that certain
"Amendment to Disposition and Development Agreement" between the
tIÞ said Agency and Fiesta Marketplace Partners is hereby approved.
