RESOLUTION NO.. 88-0 I
A RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION APPROVING THE
PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR THE BRISTOL
CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 333445 of the California Community
Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000"t.,~"q,), the Santa
Ana Community Redevelopment Commission has prepared a preliminary report
for transmittal to the affectad taxing agencies on the proposed
Redevelopment Plan for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
§~2.~!~!!:_J-, The Preliminary Report on the proposed Redevelopment Plan
for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project is hereby approved and
adopted by the Commission, in the form attached hereto.
Section 2. The Executive Director of the Commission is hereby
authõriZëëi""'ãña- directad to transmit the Preliminary Report to each ,affected
taxing agency.
