RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE COMMISSION'S REPORT TO
THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
FOR THE BRISTOL CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND
AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF REPORT AND REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN TO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa Ana
has prepared a Redevelopment Plan for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project;
and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission has submitted the proposed
Redevelopment Plan to the Planning Commis~ion of the City of Santa Ana for its
report and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33352 of the California Community Rede-
velopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 .e1. !!e.q,) the Commiesion has
prepared a Report to the City Council on the proposed Redevelopment Plan,
NOW THEREFORE, THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
§.\l'çj.j,Q.~..l. The Commission hereby approves its Report to the Santa Ana
City Council on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Bristol Corridor
Redevelopment Project, in the form attached hereto.
§,!!.Ç-R9.!Lz'. The Commission hereby submits the proposed Redevelopment Plan
for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project to the City Council in the form
attached hereto, accompanied by the Commission's Report to the City Council,
including the reports and recommendations of the Planning Commission and the
Project Area Committee.
