A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
ADOPTING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTING SEC-
TION 406, CONFORMING PROPERTIES, OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE BRISTOL CORRI-
DOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by its Ordinance No. NS-2039, adopted
December 4,1989, the city of Santa Ana approved the Redevelop-
ment Plan for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, section 406 of the said Redevelopment Plan
authorizes the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana to determine that certain real properties within the
project area of that Redevelopment Plan meet the requirement of
that Redevelopment Plan and to issue certificates of conformance
to such effect; and
WHEREAS, the Agency desires to adopt guidelines for
the implementation of said section 406;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana that those certain
"Guidelines for Implementing Section 406, Conforming Properties,
of the Redevelopment plan for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment
Project," attached hereto and incorporated herein, are hereby
approved and adopted.
