January 2, 1979
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers,
22 Civic Cen%er Plaza, by the Assistant Clerk of the Council, Patricia E.
Rice, in the absence of the Mayor and Vice Mayor. There was no response
to the roll call of the Council, and the Assistant Clerk of the Council
declared the meeting adjourned for lack of a quor~n to January 8, 1979,
at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
