REL: 12/6/91 RESOLUTION NO. 9l-13 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVE- LOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECEIVING THE STATEMENT REGARDING THE PROPOSED MERGER AND AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR THE SOUTH MAIN STREET AND INTERCITY COMMUTER STATION REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREAS AND DIREC- TING TRANSMITTAL TO CERTAIN PUBLIC OFFICERS AND ENTITIES. WHEREAS, the community Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa Ana (the "Commission") has undertaken proceedings to amend the redevelopment plans for the South Main Street and Inter- city Commuter station redevelopment projects in the City of Santa Ana ("the Redevelopment Plans") to merge the project areas of said projects (the "Project Areas"), extend the eminent domain and indebtedness time limits in the Redevelopment Plans, reanalyze the financial limits in the Redevelopment Plans, and review the projects still to be implemented in order to complete redevelopment of the Project Areas; WHEREAS, the Commission intends to consider adopting a merger and amendment to the Redevelopment Plans and undertake certain projects in the Project Areas, pursuant to part 1 of Division 24 of the Health and Safety Code (commencing with section 33000); and WHEREAS, a Statement Regarding Merger and Amendment to the Redevelopment Plans has been prepared. THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE that the Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to distribute the Statement Regarding Merger and Amendment of the Redevelopment Plans to all affected . . . taxing agencies and interested parties within the Project Areas for their review and comment.
