RESOLUTION NO. 91- 11
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECEIVING
THE STATEMENT REGARDING THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT
TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SOUTH HARBOR
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA AND DIRECTING
TRANSMITTAL TO CERTAIN PUBLIC OFFICERS AND
ENTITIES.
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the
city of Santa Ana (the "Commission") proposes to undertake
proceedings to amend the Redevelopment Plan for the South Harbor
Project Area in the city of Santa Ana to extend the indebtedness
time limits, to reanalyze the financial limits in the Santa Ana
Redevelopment Plan, and to review the projects still to be
implemented in order to complete redevelopment of the project Area;
WHEREAS, a Statement Regarding Amendment to the Community
Redevelopment Plan and environmental documents relating thereto
have been prepared.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
The above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2: The Executive Director is hereby authorized and
directed to distribute the Statement Regarding Amendment to the
community Redevelopment Plan and environmental documents to all
affected taxing agencies and interested parties within the project
Area for their review and comment, and to transmit the
environmental documents to all other appropriate entities and to
make the environmental documents available for public review in

accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act and state
and local guidelines.
