RESOLUTION NO.

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVE-
LOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA APPROVING THE REPORT TO THE SANTA
ANA CITY COUNCIL FOR THE AMENDMENT TO
THE SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD/FAIRVIEW
STREET REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA AND
TRANSMITTING IT TO THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Commission of the City of
Santa Ana, performing the functions of the Santa Ana Redevelopment
Agency pursuant to section 33202 of the Health and Safety Code, has
initiated proceedings to adopt an Amendment to the Redevelopment
Plan for the Santa Ana South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview Street
Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, the Executive Director of the Agency, on behalf of
this Commission, has prepared a Report to the City Council in
accordance with section 33352 of the Health and Safety Code ("the
Report");
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS:
1. This Commission hereby approves the Report as submitted
to it by the Executive Director, together with such minor
modifications therein as the Executive Director shall deem
appropriate.
2. This Commission further authorizes and instructs the
Executi ve Director to prepare a response to the report of the
Fiscal Review Committee in accordance with section 33353.7 of the
Health and Safety Code, to submit such response to the Chairman of
the Fiscal Review Committee not later than June 8, 1992, and to
include such response in the Report to the City Council.
3. The Commission hereby authorizes the Executive Committee
to transmit the Report to the city Council for its review in
conjunction with the proposed Amendment to the abovesaid
Redevelopment Plan.
