A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DELEGATING
AUTHORITY TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO EXECUTE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY SHORT TERM LEASE
AGREEMENTS NOT EXCEEDING ONE YEAR AND $10,000
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Executive Director of the
Community Redevelopment Agency is hereby authorized to bind
the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana
on short term rental lease agreements, of one year or less,
for all Community Redevelopment Agency-owned property with
annual rentals not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
