MINUTES
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
COUNCIL CHAMBERS
November 17,1975
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called
to order at 4:45 P.M. by Chairman John Garthe. All members were present.
Because roll call had been taken at the Council Meeting, no additional roll
call was taken.

Stacey Creveston, Secretary
Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager
SPECIFIC PLANNING SERVICES
At 4:50 P.M., the Agency adjourned the meeting to go into Executive Session
to discuss the proposals of two consultant firms. Oral presentations were
made before the Redevelopment Agency for Specific Planning Services by George
Bissell/Frank August Associates, and by Woodward Dike Associates. At 5:30
P.M., the Agency adjourned the Executive Session and reconvened the Agency
meeting. At that time, Mr. Evans made the motion to select George Bissell/
Frank August Associates for the Specific Planning Consultants, and to authorize
the Executive Director to prepare a contract for these services. The motion
was seconded by Mr. Ward, and carried.
TRAFFIC AND PARKING STUDY
Upon the motion of Mr. Evans, seconded by Mr. Ward and carried unanimously,
the contract for Traffic and Parking Studies provided by JHK Associates was
received and will come back for final action at the next Agency meeting.
HOTEL FEASIBILITY STUDY
Upon the motion of Mr. Evans, seconded by Mr. Bricken, the motion carried
to authorize the Executive Director to contract with Harris, Kerr, Forster
and to submit a retainer of $2500 in order to proceed with the hotel feasi-
bility study.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Agency, the meeting was adjourned
at 5:40 P.M.
