SPECIAL MEETING
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
CITY OF SANTA ANA
September 2,1975
AGENCY
The Special Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was
called to order by Chairman Garthe at 2:30 P.M. in the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. After
the pledge of allegiance, the roll was called:

Stacey Creveston, Secretary
RELOCATION CLAIMS
The following claims for rental differential payments for residents
being relocated as a result of the assemblage of the Senior Citizens
Housing Site are:

Upon the motion of Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Evans and carried
unanimously, the relocation claims were approved.
DEMOLITION BID
Upon the motion of Mr. Evans, seconded by Mr. Ward and carried
unanimously, the demolition bid for the Senior Citizens Housing
project was awarded to E & G Contractors, Inc. on lump sum bid
of $6,050 on basis of lowest responsible and best bidder.
BIENNIAL PUBLIC HEARING
The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman Garthe and the Executive
Director reported on activities. The Chairman requested comments
from the public. Being none, the Public Hearing was closed. Upon
the motion of Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Bricken and carried unani-
mously by roll call vote, the report on activities for the biennial
hearing was accepted.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the Community Redevelopment Agency
meeting was adjourned at 2:55 P.M. upon the motion of Mr. Evans,
seconded by Mr. Brandt and carried unanimously.
