DECEMBER 7, 1981
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana was called to order by Chairman Gordon
Bricken at 3:46 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center
Plaza, Santa Ana, California. After the pledge to the Flag, roll
was called:

MAJOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM - REVISED PROCEDURES -
LOAN AGREEMENTS/NOTE PURCHASE AGREEMENTS
The City Manager informed the Agency that the material being pre-
pared by Wells Fargo Bank's legal counsel had not been completed
in time for submission to the Agency for its consideration. The
Chairman then continued the matter until the Agency's next regularly
scheduled meeting of December 15, 1981.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Agency, the Chairman
adjourned the meeting at 3:47 P.M.
