REGULAR MEETING
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
JUNE 15, 1982
The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana was called to order at 5:30 P.M. in the City
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California,
after which the meeting was adjourned due to a lack of a quorum,
until 7:30 P.M., in the City Council Chambers.
Chairman Bricken reconvened the meeting at 7:45 P.M.

RECESS-PUBLIC HEARING WITH CITY COUNCIL AND COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION-RECONVENED
Chairman Bricken recessed to the Joint Public Hearing of the City
Council and the Community Redevelopment Commission at 7:46 P.M.,
and reconvened at 1:25 A.M., with the same members present except
for Agency member Markel.
RECESS-EXECUTIVE SESSION-RECONVENED
Chairman Bricken recessed to Executive Session at 1:26 A.M., and
reconvened at 1:36 A.M.

SETTLEMENT OF CONDEMNATION CASE - B-2 DEVELOPMENT SITE
A motion was made by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mrs. McGuigan
and carried unanimously to authorize the settlement of the
condemnation case of the Community Redevelopment Agency versus
Jaeger, et. al., in the amount of $222,500 plus interest.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Community
Redevelopment Agency, the meeting was adjourned at 1:37 A.M.

Subject: REGULAR AGENCY MEETING OF JUNE 15, 1982

Due to the joint meeting of the City Council and Redevelopment
Commission at 7:30 P.M. on June 15 to consider Redevelopment Plans
on North Harbor Boulevard and South Harbor/Fairview Street, we
have not scheduled any regular agenda items for consideration by
the Agency at its regular meeting which would occur on this date.
However, it will be necessary to have a brief executivê session to
approve the settlement of a condemnation case. In order to insure
that the members of the Agency will not have to come at 5:30 P.M.
(which is our normal meeting time), for the executive session, the
Secretary will adjourn the meeting until 7:30 P.M. so that it can
be held prior to the City Council and Redevelopment Commission
joint public hearings.
