COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
MAY 3, 1982
The Special Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Santa Ana was called to order by Chairman Gordon
Bricken at 8:14 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic
Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. After the Pledge to
the Flag, and the Invocation given by Reverend George
Dunivent, roll was called:

Others in Attendance:
A. J. Wilson, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Executive Director
Edward J. Cooper, City Attorney
David N. Ream, Community Development Director
REHABILITATION OF OLD CITY HALL
After a brief discussion, a motion was made by Mr.
Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. Acosta and carried unanimously
to adopt Resolution 82-27: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE AGENCY TO ENTER INTO A LOAN
AGREEMENT WITH BARRISTERS' BUILDING LTD. FOR THE REHABILI-
TATION OF A BUILDING LOCATED AT 217 NORTH MAIN STREET.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Community
Redevelopment Agency, the meeting was adjourned at 8:20 P.M.
to May 18, 1982.
