AMENDMENT TO THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH
RALPH ALLEN ASSOCIATES
A motion was made by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mrs.
McGuigan and carried by the following roll call vote to
adopt Resolution 82-4: A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE A THIRD AMENDMENT TO
THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY
AND RALPH ALLEN ASSOCIATES.
