OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
October 1, 1979
The nmeting was called to order at 2:15 p.m. by Mayor James E. Ward in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, following the Special Meeting
of the Comnunity Redevelopment Agency. Council members present were Gordon
Bricken, Daniel E. Griset, R. W. Luxembourger, J. Ogden Markel, Alfred C.
Serrato, Harry K. Yamamoto, and biayor Ward. Also present were staff members
City Manager/Acting Clerk of the Council B. J. Tho~0son, City Attorney Keith
L. Gow, and Deputy Clerk of the Council Martha Lee.
