DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION/COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OCTOBER 23, 1984
The Regular Joint Meeting of the Downtown Development Commission/
Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Chairman
Luxembourger at 7:19 p.m. in the lower level conference room
of the Standard Concrete Building, 117 West Fourth Street,
Santa Ana, California.

Due to a lack of a quorum, the meeting was adjourned at 7:19
p.m. to 5:30 p.m., October 24,1984 in Room 831 of City
Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
