The Adjourned Regular Meeting was called to order at 1:07 p.m. by Vice
Mayor Gordon Bricken in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza.
Council members present were Gordon Bricken, Daniel E. Griset, R. W.
Loxembourger, J. Ogden ~4arkel, and Harry K. Yamamoto. Councilman Alfred
C. Serrato and Mayor James E. Ward were absent. Also present were staff
members City Manager B. J. Thompson, City Attorney Keith L. Gow, and Clerk
of the Council Janice C. Guy.

sion for a partial term ending June 30, 1982
(replacing Alan Curtis).
Mayor Ward complimented the City Services Task Force Conmittee on its services
to the City. Staff was urged to work closely with the City Services Task Force.
Following discussion, MOTION was made by Luxembourger, seconded by Markel, to
terminate the City Services Task Force Committee on July 1, 1980, with further
consideration to be given by Council prior to that time.
