MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MARCH 19, 1991
The Regular Meeting of the CoDUllunity Redevelopment Agency was called to order
at 5: 30 p.m. by Chairman Young in Room 147 of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic
Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. The following Agency Members were in
attendance:

It was moved by Agency Member Richardson, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan
and carried unanimously (4:0) to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting
of the Community Redevelopment Agency held February 19, 1991.
INFILL NEW CONSTRUCTION LOAN TO CIVIC CENTER BARRIO HOUSING CORPORATION FOR
201 NORTH RAITT STREET
It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and
carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve an Infill New
Construction Loan in the amount of $144,000 to Civic Center Barrio Housing
Corporation for its project located at 201 North Raitt Street.
BROADWAY THEATER DEMOLITION CHANGE ORDER NO.2
It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Richardson
and carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve Change
Order No.2 for the Broadway Theater Demolition Project in the amount of
$864.
AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT
It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Richardson
and carried unanimously (4:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the
Agency Secretary to enter into the Minutes:

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the February 19,
1991 Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the
door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, at 10 a.m. on
February 15, 1991.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Agency, the
meeting was adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
