MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
FEBRUARY 19, 1991
The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was called to order
at 5:35 p.m. by Chairman Young in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza,
Santa Ana, California. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given, and
the following Agency Members were in attendance:

MINUTES
It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Acosta and
carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency approve the minutes of
the Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency held January 15,
1991.
AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF THE COST OF PLACING UTILITIES UNDERGROUND IN THE MINNIE
STREET ALLEY
On a motion by Agency Member Pulido, which was seconded by Agency Member
McGuigan and carried unanimously (7:0), the Redevelopment Agency authorized
payment in the amount of $69,384.55 to utility companies for the placing of
utilities underground in the Minnie Street alley.
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE KOLL COMPANY
It was moved by Agency Member Acosta, seconded by Agency Member McGuigan and
carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency direct the Agency
Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director to
execute, a Memorandum of Understanding with The Koll Company concerning the
possible development of property in the vicinity of the Regional
Transportation Center.

AGENCY SECRETARY REPORT
It was moved by Agency Member McGuigan, seconded by Agency Member Pulido and
carried unanimously (7:0) that the Redevelopment Agency instruct the Agency
Secretary to enter into the Minutes:
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the Agenda for the January 15,
1991 Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the
door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, at 10 a.m. on
January 11, 1991.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Agency, the
meeting was adjourned at 5:36 p.m.
