EXCLUSIVE B.IGHT TO NEGOTIATE WITH HOKEAID, INC. AND SHAWNTANA
DEVELOPMENT
Approve an Exclusive Right to Negotiate Agreement with HomeAid, Inc.
and Shawntana Development for a six-month period for the development
of a Single-Room Occupancy residential hotel at 205 West Civic
Center Drive, and authorize the Executive Director to execute the
appropriate documents.

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and the Executive Director to execute, a 120-day Exclusive Right to
Negotiate between Chuck Patterson and the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City.of Santa Ana for the development of Parcel 6 at
the Santa Ana Auto Mall.

AGREEMENT FOB. PREPARATION OF A lAND USE AND SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT PLAN FOR THE HIDTOWN DISTRICT
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Agency
Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, an agreement between
the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and IBI
Group/Ron Baers for the preparation of a Land Use and Specific
Development District Plan for the Kidtown District in an amount not
to exceed $60,250.

AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PAlUtING AND CIRCULATION ANALYSIS FOR
THE MIDTOWN DISTRICT
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Agency
Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, an agreement between
the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana and
Meyer, Mohaddes & Associates, Inc. for preparation of a Parking and
Circulation Analysis for the Midtown District in an amount not to
exceed $47,204.

REDEMPTION OF 1980 AND 1981 RESIDENTIAL KORTGAGE REVENUE BONDS AND
SALE OF RELATED ASSETS
Adopt a resolution:
Resolution 92-14 - A resolution of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana concerning the redemption or
defeasance of certain bonds of the Agency and providing for the sale
of related mortgage loans, participation certificates and other
assets and authorizing the execution and delivery of all necessary
documents.
