EXTENSION OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE LE PLASTRIER
COMPANY FOR THE ARTIST STUDIO PROJECT
Award a 180-day extension to the Exclusive Right to Negotiate with the
La Plastrier Company for the Artist Studio Project.

HOME KORTGAGE FINANCE AND CREDIT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
1)
Adopt a resolution:
Resolution 92-13 - A resolution adopting a Home Mortgage Finance
& Mortgage Credit Certificate Program in cooperation with the
County of Orange, and authorizing an application to the California
Debt Limit Allocation Committee for an allocation for the issuance
of Mortgage Credit Certificates and the transfer of such alloca-
tion to the County of Orange.
2)
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, a cooperative agreement between
the County of Orange and the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana to implement a Home Mortgage Finance and
Mortgage Credit Certificate Program.

Approve a loan to Santa Ana Honda in the amount of $150,000, and a
rent guarantee not to exceed $200,000, to assist in the purchase of
the Mazda site at the Santa Ana Auto Mall.
