AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN ASSOCIATES
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, an amendment to the agreement
between the CoDUllunity Redevelopment Agency and Willdan Associates
for residential construction inspection and monitoring services in
an amount not to exceed $25,000.

CONTRACT AMENDMENT FOR REHABILITATION OF PACIFIC SYMPHONY
REHEARSAL HALL
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and the Executive Director to execute, a contract amendment with
Kaser Construction in the amount of $14,750 for construction of
improvements at 115 East Santa Ana Boulevard.
