FEDERAL COURTHOUSE PROJECT TENANT RELOCATION

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, agreements in total not to
exceed $77,000 to assist tenants to move from the A-2 Federal
Courthouse site.

Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
