Approve the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
CollllDWlity Redevelopment Agency held on October 17, 1994 and the
Regular Meeting held October 18, 1994.

the minutes.
The October 17, 1994 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of
the CollllDWlity Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 1 p.m. on
October 13,1994.

The Notice of Adjournment of the October 18, 1994 Heeting of the
Community Redevelopment Asency was posted on the door of the
Council Chsmbers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:32 p.m. on
October 18, 1994.

REOUESTS FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION
PUBLIC HEARING -- IKPLEKENTATION PLAN
The public hearing opened at 7:17 p.m. Executive Director/Community
Development Agency Cynthia Nelson provided the staff report. No written
comments were received.
Tina Oda asked a question regarding the survey results and the effective
date of the CRA bylaws. She also stated that written comments will be
forwarded to the Redevelopment Agency.
Joseph Wagstaff requested that the Council consider the needs of
constituents--particularly children.
The public hearing closed at 7:27 p.m.

Approve the Implementation Plan for the six redevelopment
project areas covering fiscal years 1994/95 through 1998/99.
2.
Adopt Resolution 94-8 - A resolution of the Community
Redevelopment Asency of the City of Santa Ana finding that
the aggregation of new or substantially rehabilitated
dwelling units in one or more project areas will not cause
or exacerbate racial, ethnic, or economic segregation.

ROSITA PARK IMPROVEMENTS
~
Adopt Resolution 94-9 - A resolution of the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana amending Resolution
No. 94-1 to increase the amount of Community Redevelopment Agency
Funds from the North Harbor Redevelopment Project which may be
used for improvements to RDsita Park.
