Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 1 p.m. on July 12,
1994.

COMPLIANCE FINDING
Adopt a resolution:
Resolution 94-3 - A resolution of the ColDlJ1U11ity Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana making certain findings pursuant
to Section 33334.2 of the ColDlJ1U11ity Redevelopment Law for Fiscal
Year 1994-95.

HOKE MORTGAGE FINANCE AND CREDIT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
1.
Adopt a resolution:
Resolution 94-4 - A resolution of the ColDlJ1U11ity
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana adopting a
Mortgage Credit Certificate Program in cooperation with the
County of Orange, authorizing an application to the
California Debt Limit Allocation Committee for an allocation
for the issuance of Mortgage Credit Certificates and the
transfer of such allocation to the County of Orange.

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the
Chairman and Executive Director to execute, a Cooperative
Agreement between the County of Orange and the Col1ll1lUnity
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana to implement a
Home Mortgage Finance and Mortgage Credit Certificate
Program.

SANTA ANA AUTO MALL -- BID AWARD FOR BLOCK WALL (PROJECT 9255H)
1.
Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated
construction cost of $62,500.
2.
Award the bid, and authorize the Chairman and Executive
Director to execute, a contract with Patterson Company,
Inc., the lowest responsive bidder, in the amount of
$45,275.72 for construction of the Auto Mall block wall.

AGREEMENT WITH BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF SANTA ANA

Girls Club of Santa Ana in an amount not to exceed $75,000 for
designated recreation programs over a one-year period.
