Community Redevelopment Agency held on December 20, 1993, and
the Regular Keeting held on December 21, 1993.

AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROV INSTRUCTIONS --

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and Executive Director to execute, an Agreement for the
Acquisition of Real Property and Escrow Instructions acquiring
the real property located at 1802 North Main, 113 West 18th and
118 West 19th Streets, Santa Ana, Assessor Parcel Nos. 002-163-
30,002-163-14, and 002-163-06 from California Federal Bank.
