Approve the Minutes of the Adj ourned Regular Meetings of the
Community Redevelopment Agency/City Council held on July 17 and
August 7, 1995, and Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on
August 15, 1995.

The July 17, 1995 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency/City Council was posted on the door
of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 9 a.m. on July 14,
1995.
The August 7, 1995 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency/City Council was posted on the door
of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 9 a.m. on
August 1, 1995.
The Notice of Adjournment for the July 17, 1995 Community
Redevelopment Agency/City Council Adjourned Regular Meeting was
posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at
8:42 p.m. on July 17, 1995.
The Notice of Adjournment for the August 15, 1995 Community
Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:32 p.m. on August 15,
1995.

FRENCH PARK KODEL BLOCK PROJECT
Motion:
Approve implementation of the Model Block Project as amended for the
French Park Neighborhood, and authorize the Executive Director of
the Community Development Agency to execute contracts in an amount
not to exceed $95,000 to pay the cost of exterior painting,
landscaping, supplies and services to execute the project.
