Motion: Approve the Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency held on June 19,1995 and the Regular Meeting held
on July 3, 1995.

Motion: Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the
Minutes.
The Jun 19, 1995 Agenda for the Adj ourned Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 10 a.m. on June 15, 1995.
The Notice of Adjournment of the June 20, 1995 Regular Meeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:32 p.m. on June 20, 1995.

AGREEMENT WITH THE CARPENTERS UNION, CIVIC CENTER BARRIO HOUSING CORPORATION,
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY, AND THE CALIFORNIA CONSERVATION CORPS FOR THE
YOUTH EDUCATION AND SERVICES "YES" PROGRAM
Motion:
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and
Executive Director to execute, a Cooperative Agreement between the
Community Redevelopment Agency, the California Conservation Corps, Civic
Center Barrio Housing Corporation, the Southern California Gas Company,
and the Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee Forces
for Southern California (Carpenters Union) to continue the Youth
Education and Services Program contract for the period July 1, 1995
through July 1, 1997.
