MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

MAY 15, 1995
At 6 p.m., the meeting was convened by the Clerk of the Council. The
meeting was then adjourned to 6:10 p.m. or thereafter in the Library
Conference Room, 26 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

Community Redevelopment Agency held on April 17, 1995 and the
Regular Meeting held on April 18, 1995.

Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into
the Hinutes.
The April 17, 1995 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Heeting of
the Col1JDlU1lity Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 2 p.m. on April 14,
1995.
The Notice of Adjournment of the April 18, 1995 Regular Heeting
of the Col1JDlU1lity Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of
the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:32 p.m. on
April 18, 1995.

REQUEST FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION

PUBLIC HEARING -- OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH ITT CANNON
The public hearing opened at 6:26 p.m. Executive Director/Community
Development Agency Cynthia Nelson presented the staff report and staff
comments. No written comments were received.
The public hearing closed at 6:33 p.m.

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the
Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, an Owner
Participation Agreement with ITT Cannon to provide a rebate
of personal property taxes on equipment purchased for the
Dyer Road facility.
2.
Adopt Resolution 95-4 - A resolution of the Col1JDlU1lity
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana approving an
agreement between the Agency and ITT Cannon.
