At 5:30 p.m., the meeting was convened and adjourned to 6 p.m. or
thereafter in the Library Conference Room, 26 Civic Center Plaza, Santa
Ana, California.

Motion:
Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into
the Minutes.
The March 20, 1995 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of
the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 10 a.m. on March 15,
1995.
The Notice of Adjournment of the March 21, 1995 Regular Meeting
of the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of
the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:32 p.m. on
March 21, 1995.

REOUEST FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION
YMCA SRO--AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
Motion:
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and the Executive Director to execute, an amendment to the
December 14, 1993 predevelopment agreement and all other required
documents between the County of Orange, the Community
Redevelopment Agency, HomeAid Inc., and Shawntana Development.
