At 5:30 p.m., the meeting was convened and adjourned to 6 p.m. or
thereafter in the Library Conference Room, 26 Civic Center Plaza, Santa
Ana, California.

Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into
the Minutes.
The January 17. 1995 Agenda for the Regular Meeting of the
CoI1lllIlJIlity Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 10 a.m. on
January 10,1995.

REQUEST FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION
EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE AGREEMENT WITH KLST PARTNERSHIP, LTD.

Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and the Executive Director to execute, a lBO-day Exclusive Right
to Negotiate with KLST Partnership, Ltd. for the development of a
concert hall/live performance theater facility.
