The December 19,1994 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Meeting of

Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 8:30 a.m. on
December 16,1994.

Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:32 p.m. on
December 20,1994.

REOUEST FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACTION
OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH C.J. SEGERSTROK AND SONS - FHP LEASE
Agency Member Moreno made a motion to reject the motion as stated.
Member Richardson made the following substitute motion.

Direct the Agency AttoI11ey to prepare, and authorize the Chairman
and the Executive Director to execute, an OWner Participation
Agreement with C.J. Segerstrom and Sons to provide a lease
subsidy of $200,000 annually for 11 years for the FHP
Administrative Office project.
