Instruct the Recording Secretary to enter notice of posting into the
Hinutes.
The July 1, 1996 Agenda for the Adjourned Regular Heeting of the
Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 10 a.m. on June 28, 1996.
The Notice of Adjournment for the July 16, 1996 Regular Heeting of
the Community Redevelopment Agency was posted on the door of the
Council Chamber.~, 22 Civic Center Plaza at 5:32 p.m. on July 16,
1996.

BUSINESS CALENDAR

HOKE KORTGAGE FINANCE AND CREDIT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Hotion:
1.
Adopt a resolution.
Resolution no. 96-4 - A resolution of the Community Redevelop-
ment Agency of the CUy of Santa Ana adopting a Mortgage Credit
Certificate Program in cooperation with the County of Orange,
authorizing an application to the California Debt Limit
Allocat:ion Committee for an allocation for the issuance of
Mortgage Credit Certificates and the transfer of such alloca-
tion to the County of Orange.
2.
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the
Chairm¿n and Executive Director to execute, a cooperative
agreement between the County of Orange and the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana to implement a
Home Mortgage Finance and Mortgage Credit Certificate Program.
