SERVICES
Direct the Agency Attorney to prepare, and authorize the
Chairman and the Executive Director to execute, a lBO-day
Exclusive Right to Negotiate with The Lee Group/Live Work
Services for development of an artist studio project to be
located at the southeast corner of Third and Sycamore
Streets.

Adopt Resolution.
RESOLUTION 97-1 - A resolution adopting a Home Mortgage
Finance and Mortgage Credit Certificate Program in
cooperation with the County of Orange, and authorizing
an application to the California Debt Limit Allocation
Committee for a $5,000,000 allocation for the issuance
of Mortgage Credit certificates and the transfer of such
allocation to the County of Orange.

Cooperative Agreement between the County of Orange and
